Hi,
The service is up and running and has not experienced any downtime. However, we have received reports from some clients experiencing connection issues this morning. It appears that the problem may be affecting certain members but not all. Our technical support team is currently investigating the issue.
Use our newest app.
Install our newest app for android. It’s available in our download section or under my services in your account under application. Follow the step by step instructions you received with your login details for installation.

HOW DO I FIND MY LOGIN DETAILS AFTER SIGNING UP!
1. Click on continue to client area.
2. Click on Services.
3. Click on your product / service and then scroll down to find "app login details "
4. You will also receive an email with your login details and app installation instructions.
